12 Tool Automatic Tool Change System	Reduces cycle times by automatically changing tools between cuts without the need of an operator. Reduces operator set-up errors and maximizes productive operator and machine hours.
BT-30 Tool Holding System	Industry standard CNC tool holding system - the other being the CAT system. Tooling is cheaper with the BT system. We selected the BT system because our customers have said they want a quality standard CNC tooling system - and value pricing.
Large Table and Extended X Axis Travel	40" long work table with 21.5" of X axis travel.  Precision ground work table and generous work cube dimensions. Big enough for real production work.
Heavy Machine Castings, PLUS a Heavy Cast Base	3800 lbs. heavy duty, vibration damping castings turns this small VMC into a full duty production machine. High weight-to-work cube ratio assures high rigidity and advanced accuracy. Sturdy cast stand has built-in coolant recycling tank.
Counter Weight Balanced Mill Head	Reduces stress on Z-axis motor and ball screw at higher RPMs. Increases accuracy and extends life of Z-axis components. A counter balanced mill head will not crash in the event of a control failure.

50-6000 RPM Spindle Speed	Servo driven spindle provides rapid speed changes, from 50-6000 RPMs in a few seconds - in a single speed range. No need for changing gears or belts. Constant torque rise, even at low RPM are assured with the servo drive.
1000 IPM Feed Rates	Faster speeds equals higher production rates. The Siemens industrial control, axis servo drive system and linear ways provide the power and control that allows for higher speeds - many times faster than competitive systems.
Safety Operation Features
Automatic Lubrication System	Lubricates all wear points during machine operation at continuous time intervals. Benefits include reduced labor and material costs and significant extension of bearing life.
Programmable Coolant System	Control coolant flow at the control panel using standard M-Codes. Cycle times can be significantly reduced, while feed and cutting speeds can be significantly increased. Proper cooling extends life of cutting tools.
Work Light	Focused lighting elements increase operator efficiency and reduce fatigue. This light is flicker resistant, waterproof, and resistant to both cooling and lubricants. It is also resitant to impacts and vibrations.
Tri-Color Warning Light	Turns on when control recognizes a machining error or machine malfunction. An operator standing away from the machine is visually alerted by the activated alarm light when machining cycle is finished or mahine aerrors out.
